About Rochelle

Painting is her passion. Forever changing arrays of colors and lights provides her with inspiration, new “views” , propelling her onto her next canvas and interpretation.

"Being inspired by the natural world, my paintings use vivid colors, lights, and brushstrokes to express vitality and emotion... Representational and abstract at the same time, I intend to make visible the emotional power of light and open the door to the imagination"

Born and raised in the NYC Area, Rochelle now divides her time between Florida, NY and Calif. Encouraged by an artist , she moved from her world of finance into art, and enrolled in studio classes. She went on to study at the Art Student’s League, Boca Museum Art School, and workshops in Tuscany and France.
